TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Welcome to the House
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the La Maison ASUTA website and, where applicable, the services, programmes, memberships, events, courses, digital experiences, publications and products offered through it.
By purchasing or booking an offering, enrolling in a programme, creating an account or otherwise using a service for which acceptance of these Terms is requested, you agree to the applicable provisions below.
Additional conditions may accompany particular retreats, immersions, certifications, memberships, international travel, physical products or specialised services. Where applicable, these conditions will be communicated before the corresponding booking or purchase is completed.
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to remove consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to you.
2. What We Offer
The different rooms of La Maison ASUTA encompass several kinds of activity, including wellbeing and coaching journeys, Synergetics® programmes, education and professional development, courses and certifications, community experiences, retreats and events, books and physical products, digital resources, Christian spiritual activities and ministry, and technology-assisted experiences including NAERIS.
Each offering has its own purpose, format, duration, price and conditions, which will be described as clearly as reasonably possible before registration or purchase.
3. Wellbeing, Coaching & Educational Services
The House offers experiences intended to support learning, reflection, wellbeing, personal development and human flourishing.
Unless a service is expressly described as being provided by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional acting within the scope of that licence, our coaching, Synergetics®, wellbeing, educational and spiritual services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis or emergency healthcare.
Information obtained through our website, publications, courses, community, sessions or technology should therefore be understood within the context in which it is offered and should not replace appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Anyone experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency should contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare services in their location.
4. Faith & Spiritual Accompaniment
Christian spirituality forms part of the heritage and some of the activities of La Maison ASUTA.
Certain retreats, ministry programmes, teachings or individual experiences may therefore include prayer, Scripture, Christian reflection or spiritual accompaniment. Where faith forms an essential part of a particular offering, this will be made clear before participation.
Participation in optional spiritual activities remains a personal choice, and the House welcomes people with respect for their individual conscience, background and beliefs.
Spiritual accompaniment does not replace healthcare or another regulated professional service.
5. Education & Certifications
La Maison ASUTA may offer courses, specialty classes and certifications, including programmes within the Synergetics® educational pathway.
A certificate issued by the House confirms successful completion of the requirements of the particular La Maison ASUTA or Synergetics® programme identified on that certificate.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such certification is a private educational credential and does not constitute a university degree, government licence, medical qualification, psychotherapy licence or other authorisation to practise a regulated profession.
Students and practitioners remain responsible for determining the professional, licensing, insurance, tax and regulatory requirements that apply to their own activities and jurisdiction.
6. Prices, Bookings & Payments
The price and essential characteristics of an offering will be communicated before the customer commits to purchasing it.
Some personal journeys, international immersions, family experiences and bespoke projects require an initial conversation before a final scope and price can be established.
Where taxes, shipping, travel, accommodation or other additional charges apply, these will be identified as appropriate before purchase or separately agreed in writing.
A booking becomes confirmed according to the conditions displayed during checkout or stated in the corresponding booking confirmation.
For online purchases, the final purchase action will clearly indicate when the customer is assuming an obligation to pay.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Because the House offers experiences ranging from individual appointments and educational programmes to digital resources and physical products, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions may vary according to the nature of the purchase.
Specific conditions applicable to an offering will be displayed before purchase or communicated within the booking confirmation.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation, cooling-off or withdrawal right, La Maison ASUTA will respect that right.
For consumers located in the European Union, certain distance purchases generally provide a statutory 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
Services beginning during this period at the consumer’s express request, personalised products, certain date-specific activities and digital content supplied immediately may be subject to specific rules concerning the right of withdrawal.
Where legally required, appropriate express consent and acknowledgement will therefore be obtained before beginning a service or supplying digital content during a statutory withdrawal period.
Nothing in our commercial cancellation policy overrides mandatory consumer rights.
8. The Collections of the House
Books, journals, cards, handmade pieces, lifestyle objects and other physical goods may be offered through the Collections of the House.
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, while handmade, artisanal and natural objects may present individual variations that form part of their character.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights concerning conformity, defects and warranties under the law applicable to their purchase.
Shipping, delivery and return information applicable to an order will be communicated during the purchasing process.
9. Botanical & Wellbeing Products
Where the Collections include herbal, botanical, naturopathic or general wellbeing products, their descriptions are provided for general wellbeing and informational purposes and are subject to applicable product, advertising and consumer-protection laws.
We do not represent such products as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing disease unless a particular claim is lawfully authorised for that product within the jurisdiction where it is offered.
Customers should seek appropriate professional advice where pregnancy, medication, allergies, medical conditions or other individual circumstances make the use of a product uncertain.
10. Residents & Community Spaces
The House is intended to be a place where people can speak, learn, create and gather with dignity.
Residents and participants are therefore expected to respect the privacy, beliefs, intellectual property, boundaries and personal stories of others.
We may moderate content or suspend or terminate participation where reasonably necessary to protect participants or the House from harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, fraud, deliberate disruption, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful conduct or serious breaches of community rules.
Participation in the community never authorises a member to reproduce, record, distribute or publicly disclose another participant’s private story without appropriate permission.
11. NAERIS & Intelligent Technology
NAERIS is being developed as an intelligent environment for personalised learning, development and continuity within the House.
Depending upon the features a Resident chooses to use, technology may assist in organising information, recommending resources, adapting learning pathways, recognising patterns and helping a person observe development over time.
Technology-assisted information is intended to support human reflection and should not be regarded as infallible or as a substitute for appropriate professional judgement.
Meaningful decisions concerning health, legal rights, finances or other high-impact matters should be made with appropriate human and professional guidance.
Additional NAERIS terms, privacy controls and explanations concerning relevant automated or AI-supported functionality may be introduced as these services develop.
12. Intellectual Property
The original writings, educational materials, methodologies, course materials, illustrations, designs, publications, audiovisual resources and digital content of La Maison ASUTA are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Names and identifiers including La Maison ASUTA, ASUTA, Synergetics and NAERIS may also be protected through applicable trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Unless expressly authorised otherwise, content is provided for the purchaser’s or participant’s personal use.
Commercial reproduction, resale, republication, distribution or adaptation of protected materials requires prior written permission except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
13. Third-Party Services
The House may rely upon third-party providers for functions including payments, scheduling, communications, video conferencing, website hosting, analytics, learning technology, storage and delivery.
Those services may operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.
La Maison ASUTA remains responsible for its own legal obligations but cannot control every aspect of independent third-party platforms.
14. Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care in creating and delivering the House’s services, products and materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alphaleonis Group L.L.C. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of general educational, personal-development or wellbeing information where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer protections.
15. Governing Law & International Consumers
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Alphaleonis Group L.L.C. in the State of Delaware, United States, without using that choice of law to deprive consumers of mandatory protections available to them under applicable law.
Because La Maison ASUTA welcomes people internationally, customers may possess additional rights under the laws of their country, state or place of habitual residence.
Where mandatory local consumer law applies, those protections remain unaffected.
1. Privacy Begins With Trust

5. NAERIS, AI & Personalisation
As NAERIS develops, personal information may be used to create increasingly individual learning and development experiences.
This may include remembering previous interactions, organising resources, adapting pathways, identifying patterns or progress and maintaining continuity between different stages of a Resident’s journey.
We intend to provide meaningful information concerning the role of automated systems and appropriate user controls as relevant functionality becomes available.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, La Maison ASUTA will use appropriate legal safeguards where required by applicable data-protection law.
Where European personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate recognised transfer mechanisms will be used where legally required.
Our international character does not diminish the privacy protections applicable law gives to an individual.

We retain personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Retention periods may take into account the nature of the service, our relationship with the individual and applicable legal, accounting, tax, safeguarding and dispute-resolution requirements.
