FAQs

Every journey begins with questions.

Some are practical, some are deeply personal, and others only appear once we have already begun to imagine ourselves inside the House. We have gathered here the questions people most often ask before booking a conversation, joining a programme, becoming a Resident, attending a retreat or discovering one of the many rooms of La Maison ASUTA.
If your own question is not answered here, you are always welcome to write to us directly at * lamaisonasuta.contact@gmail.com

HEALING JOURNEYS

Individual journeys generally begin from *€150*.

Because each person and family arrives with a different story, longer journeys, family circles and immersive experiences are designed individually. Following the first conversation, we can prepare a proposal adapted to your needs, rhythm and circumstances.

Yes. Many journeys take place entirely online, allowing La Maison ASUTA to accompany people and families across countries and time zones.

The same attention is given to distance conversations as to in-person encounters, and online formats can also provide valuable continuity for people who travel frequently or live far from one of the places where the House is present.

Yes. *Family Healing Circles* are designed to create a thoughtful space where several members of a family can be heard, reflect together and explore the relationships and patterns shaping their shared life.

The format is adapted according to the age of participants, the nature of the family situation and the purpose of the gathering.

Yes. Bespoke three-day immersions, family experiences, retreats, conferences and organisational programmes may be arranged internationally.

Travel, accommodation, availability and the scope of the experience are discussed in advance and included in an individual proposal.

Synergetics® is an integrative wellbeing and human-development approach used within La Maison ASUTA.

It draws upon areas such as neuroscience, emotional regulation, coaching, systems thinking, education, creativity and contemplative practice. Unless expressly delivered by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional within their licensed capacity, Synergetics® services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or diagnosis.

LEARNING & CERTIFICATION

The programme welcomes people from many backgrounds, including educators, coaches, parents, managers, healthcare and wellbeing professionals, ministry leaders, entrepreneurs and those exploring a new professional direction.

Previous coaching experience can be valuable, although Level I is designed to establish strong foundations and can also welcome people beginning their journey.

Level I introduces the foundations of human flourishing and Neuro-Adaptive Wellness Coaching, with themes including neuroscience, emotional intelligence, deep listening, positive psychology, systems thinking, resilience, family dynamics, ethics, personal development and supervised coaching practice.

The programme is designed to develop both knowledge and the quality of presence required to accompany another human being thoughtfully.

The Certified Wellness Coach Synergetics® credential is a *private educational certification issued by La Maison ASUTA* following successful completion of the relevant programme requirements.

It is not presented as a university degree, government licence, medical qualification or authorisation to practise a regulated healthcare profession unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Many aspects of the programme are designed to be accessible remotely, making it possible for Residents from different countries to learn together.

Specific formats, live sessions, practice requirements and any in-person elements will be described within each programme.

Specialty Classes allow Residents and practitioners to explore particular areas of interest beyond the core certification pathway.

Subjects may include *glyphs, the art of numbers, name symbolism, transgenerational patterns, Christian spiritual retreats, Neuro-Adaptive Parenting, creativity, leadership and other emerging themes* inspired by the evolving life of the House.

### Do I need to complete the certification to attend a Specialty Class?

Some classes are open to everyone, while others may be intended for people with previous training or specific professional experience.

The requirements for each class will always be stated before registration.

THE HOUSE COLLECTIONS

The Collections bring together books, journals, oracle and guidance cards, symbolic objects, educational resources, botanical and wellbeing products, handcrafted creations and carefully selected lifestyle pieces. Some are developed within La Maison ASUTA, while others are chosen from artisans, authors and creators whose work reflects the spirit of the House.
The symbolic tools of La Maison ASUTA are created as resources for reflection, creativity, conversation and discernment. They are designed to invite questions, journaling, contemplation and meaningful dialogue rather than provide certainty about future events. ### Are botanical remedies medical treatments? Botanical and naturopathic products offered through the House are intended for general wellbeing purposes and should be used with appropriate judgement. They are not presented as substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment. Anyone who is pregnant, taking medication, living with a medical condition or uncertain about a product should seek appropriate professional advice before use.
A Resident is someone who chooses to remain connected to the life of La Maison ASUTA. Residency is our way of describing belonging to the House, with different levels allowing people to participate according to their interests and the season of life they are living.

*The Fireplace* is the welcoming entry into the House and includes the weekly Friday gathering, House news and selected community resources.

*The Library* offers a deeper rhythm of learning through masterclasses, reading circles, private resources, community spaces and access to selected NAERIS journeys.

*The Atelier* is intended for Residents who wish to participate more closely in advanced learning, mentoring, creative projects and the evolving work of La Maison ASUTA.

Yes. *The Fireplace* is designed as the first open door into the community and includes access to Friday by the Fireplace and selected communications and invitations from the House.

Every Friday, Residents are invited to gather online for approximately thirty minutes around a shared conversation. Themes may move through neuroscience, family life, education, books, spirituality, creativity, leadership, wellbeing or questions emerging directly from the community. It is intended to become a simple weekly rhythm where familiar faces gradually become companions.

The House is gradually developing a more dedicated digital community environment where Residents will eventually be able to gather around shared interests, events, resources and conversations in a calmer setting than conventional public social media. Smaller WhatsApp groups may occasionally be created for specific retreats, courses, local gatherings or projects.

NAERIS

NAERIS is the intelligent companion and learning environment being developed for La Maison ASUTA.

It is designed to help Residents continue their journeys between conversations, courses and gatherings through personalised resources, reflections, exercises, learning pathways and progress tracking.

NAERIS may use intelligent and automated technologies to help personalise learning, organise information and recognise patterns over time. Its purpose is to support human learning and reflection while keeping human judgement, relationship, meaning and responsibility at the centre of the experience. ### When will I receive access? NAERIS is opening progressively. Residents who register their interest may receive individual invitations and login details as relevant pathways become available.
